Chaos to Order provides estate cleanouts, downsizing and senior transitions, junk removal, garage and shop cleanouts, large property cleanups, haul-away services, and related organizing services.

The specific scope of work, pricing, and timeline will be outlined in your estimate, invoice, or written agreement prior to service.

2. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information (including name, email address, and phone number), you consent to receive communications from Chaos to Order via SMS (text message), email, or phone call. Communications may include:

Appointment confirmations

Estimate scheduling

Service reminders

Project updates

Follow-up messages

Occasional promotional offers

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver thorough and professional service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the agreed scope of work. Disposal options, donation acceptance, and final results may vary based on property conditions, third-party facility policies, and project limitations.

4. Service Limitations

Chaos to Order is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to property

Hazardous materials not disclosed prior to service

Items removed that were not clearly identified as “do not remove”

Delays caused by restricted access, weather, or third-party facilities

Clients are responsible for identifying valuables and items to be retained before work begins.

5. Client Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information

Ensure reasonable access to the property

Identify items not to be removed

Make payment according to agreed terms

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes.

6. Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding client properties, personal belongings, and communications, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding materials, and marketing materials created by Chaos to Order remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may use non-identifying before-and-after photos for marketing purposes unless a client requests otherwise in writing prior to service.

8. Payment Terms

Services are billed at agreed hourly or project-based rates as outlined in your estimate or invoice. Larger projects may require a written estimate or deposit.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in additional fees or service suspension.

9. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may cancel services prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients remain responsible for payment for work already performed.

10. Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaos to Order shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chaos to Order, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising from hazardous materials, unsafe property conditions, or undisclosed risks.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.

12. Agreement Acceptance

By engaging our services (via website form submission, phone communication, payment, or written agreement), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
